Project Enlighten

Children acquired healing modalities by practicing meditation, while also fostering their analytical minds by engaging with fundamentals of Mathematics and Science.

Project Real Eyes

A standout 10-week volunteer program offered wellness workshops and group therapies, focusing on mental health for self-reflection, knowledge-sharing, and empowerment.

Children gained insights diverse subjects through the therapeutic activities.

Project Unity

The workshop offered transformative Yoga practices for middle-aged individuals, promoting holistic well-being through asanas, pranayama, and mindfulness techniques. Insights on the Mental Health Act 2017 in India and citizens’ rights regarding government facilities were also shared.

Project Haven

The Vridh ashram aims to provide a safe, supportive and cherishing environment to elderly citizens.
Our endeavours included donating clothes, celebrating festivities, facilitating recreational activities, and organising art, music, and dance therapies.

Good Deeds Project

Orchestrated a joyful workshop on the power of good deeds.
Encouraged participants to perform daily acts of kindness.
Facilitating open discussions to promote self-introspection and group reflection.
Participants rewarded with heartfelt tokens and certificates.

Project Chahat

Regular workshops on meditation and mental health for children aged 5 to 30 years with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and others.
1-one therapies were provided to students, teachers and caregivers by enlightening them with various psychological techniques to cope effectively.
