Having spent over a decade immersed in philanthropy, I have had the privilege of conducting impactful workshops on mental health across our nation and beyond. From esteemed institutions like NITI Aayog to the humble abode of Mai Kamli Wale Vridh Ashram, we have touched lives of diverse age groups, addressing the myriad challenges they face.
