Project chahat

Project Chahat is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting neurodivergent children, including those with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other related conditions. This project, organized at Chahat Special School, offers regular workshops on meditation and mental health for children aged 5 to 30, addressing their unique needs through behavior modification and mental wellness strategies.

The project’s core focus was to provide one-on-one therapies for students, teachers, and caregivers, equipping them with practical psychological techniques to cope effectively and foster positive growth. These sessions not only aimed to help children manage their behaviors and emotional well-being but also empowered teachers and caregivers with the knowledge and tools necessary to create a more supportive, understanding, and inclusive environment.

Through Project Chahat, the foundation reached over 500 individuals, directly impacting 150 lives. By focusing on behavior modification and psychological well-being, the project helped neurodivergent children build stronger connections with themselves and their communities, while also providing caregivers and educators with enhanced skills to better support their development.  This initiative underscores the Leap of Love Foundation’s dedication to promoting mental health awareness, building a more inclusive society, and improving the lives of individuals with neurodivergent conditions through education, therapy, and support.
